弹性吸盘用于上颌全口义齿修复的临床观察

Clinical Evaluation of Upper-complete Denture with Flexible Sucker

目的探讨弹性吸盘对上颌全口义齿满意度的影响。方法选择43例因固位条件差致上颌全口义齿固位不良的患者,使用弹性吸盘重新行上颌全口义齿修复。于吸盘式义齿修复前、吸盘式义齿修复后1、3、6个月及1年、1年半、2年进行满意度调查,用SPSS13.0统计软件分析满意率。结果完成2年随访的35例患者,与使用弹性吸盘式义齿前相比,使用后6个时间点义齿固位效果的满意率都有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=46.667、52.500、62.432、58.947、55.641、62.432,P<0.05),使用后1个月与以后5个时间点固位效果的满意率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.402、2.040 1、1.867、0.971、1.867,P>0.05);使用后义齿咀嚼功能的满意率明显提高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.667、46.667、52.500、55.641、62.432、58.947,P<0.05),使用后3个月与以后4个时间点的咀嚼功能满意率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.402、0.971、2.040、1.867,P>0.05);使用前与使用后1个月义齿舒适性的满意率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.238,P>0.05);使用后1个月与使用后3个月的舒适性满意率差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.189,P<0.05),使用后3个月的满意率提高。结论因固位条件差而致上颌全口义齿固位不良的患者,弹性吸盘式义齿修复是经济、便捷、有效的修复方式。

Objective To investigate the effect of flexible sucker on satisfaction of patients with upper-complete denture.Methods Thirty-five patients with poor condition of retention in treating with upper-complete denture were chosen.Then upper-complete denture with flexible sucker was used to compare the differences.The differences of satisfaction after the flexible sucker was used in upper-complete denture for 1 month,3 months,6 months,12 months,18 months and 24 months were assessed by satisfaction questionnaire.The statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS statistics software.Results Stability and mastication were both significantly improved（P0.05） after the use of flexible sucker.Comfort was not significantly different Satisfaction（P0.05） after the use of flexible sucker one month,but there was significantly improved satisfaction（P0.05） after three months.Satisfaction about stability、mastication and comfort after three months、six months、one year and half,two years was not statistically different（P0.05）.Conclusion Using flexible sucker for upper-complete denture was a kind of economical,convenient and available way to the patients with poor condition of retention in treating with upper-complete denture.
