摘要
分析了全密度聚乙烯(PE)装置流化床床层料位与床重控制的重要性及影响因素。反应器床层下部流化松密度比上部稍高,当上、下松密度值大小倒置时,表明反应器流化状态出现问题。对比国内三套PE装置,适度提高床高可延长树脂和催化剂在反应器中的停留时间,降低聚合物从流化床抽出后的活性,提高催化剂效率。计算得出,随反应器床高的升高,床重呈线性增长,以吨计的床重与以米计的床高之数值比为4.67。
The authors analyzed the factors influencing and the importance of controlling the height and weight of a fluidized-bed in a full density polyethylene(PE) plant. The lower part of the reactor bed had a bulk density a little higher than the upper part; if the values of bulk density of both parts were inversed, the fluidized state of the reactor bed was indicated to be in abnormal situation. Increasing the bed height moderately could extend the residence time of the resin and the catalyst in the reactor, reduce the activity of the polymer extracted from the fluidized-bed and enhance the catalytic efficiency in the comparison with three domestic PE plants. The fluidized-bed's weight increased linearly with the augmentation of its height, and the numeral ratio of the bed weight in ton to the bed height in meter equaled to 4.67 according to the calculation.
