摘要
通过控制反应压力、温度及反应器气相组成,优化聚丙烯(PP)中共聚单体含量,开发了高档注塑包装桶专用树脂PP K445R。研究表明:高乙烯含量不一定能生成高的乙丙橡胶含量;控制乙烯含量在合理范围内,并保持最佳的气相反应组成,可提高乙丙橡胶含量。产品测试结果表明:K445R熔体流动速率为3.3 g/10 min,Izod常温缺口冲击强度为45 kJ/m2,弯曲模量为1 000 MPa以上,满足质量指标要求。
Polypropylene K445R for top grade injection packing bucket was developed through control of reaction pressure, temperature and composition of gaseous phase in reactor, and optimization of co-monomer content. The results show that high ethylene content is not necessarily able to generate high content of ethylenepropylene rubber and instead, the high rubber content can be acquired by controlling the ethylene content in a reasonable range and keeping the optimum composition of gaseous phase. The datasheet of product tests indicate that K445R has the melt flow rate of 3.3 g/10 min, Izod impact strength(23℃) of 45 kJ/m2 and flexural modulus above 1 000 MPa, satisfying the requirements of quality indexes.
