摘要
目的:动态观察博莱霉素(BLM)致肺纤维化大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中纤维连接蛋白(FN)、透明质酸(HA)的变化及其与肺内胶原沉积的关系。方法:FN和HA测定采用放射免疫法。结果:BALF中FN 在早期(第1~7 天)显著增高,第7 天达高峰,14 天后逐渐下降,至第28 天为0;BALF中HA 在第3~7 天明显增高,后逐渐降至正常;BALF中FN、HA 增加先于肺内胶原合成。结论:BALF中FN。
Objective: The present study was undertaken to observe the consecutive changes of fibronectin (FN) and hyaluronan (HA) in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), and evaluate the temporal relationship with collagen deposition in the lung in bleomycin induced pulmonary injury in rats. Methods: FN and HA were determined with radioimmunoassay respectively. Results: FN in BALF increased markedly in the early stage (day 1 7 after bleomycin instillation) with the peak on day 7, and decreased graudually on day 14, decreased to a non detectable level on day 28. HA in BALF increased on day 3 7, and gradually decreased to normal level afterwards. The increased FN and HA in BALF preceded the collagen depositon in the lung. Conclusion: The increased FN and HA level in BALF might be used a marker for the alveolar inflammation.\;
