2型糖尿病患者高血压家族史与红细胞钠-锂逆转运活力的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的:为探讨糖尿病肾病与高血压家族史的关系。方法:采用Canessa 改良法对41 例2型糖尿病患者测定红细胞钠-锂逆转运(RBCSLC)活力及尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)。结果:伴有高血压家族史2 型糖尿病(DH)组的RBSSLC活力明显高于不伴高血压家族史2 型糖尿病(DN)组和对照组,且DH 组UAER均值较DN组和对照组亦显著增加,并与RBCSLC的升高相平行。结论:遗传因素对2 型糖尿病患者RBCSLC活力有影响。 Objective: We studied the relationship between diabetic nephropathy and the family history of hypertension. Methods: The activity of erythrocyte sodium lithium countertransport (RBC SLC) and in 41 patients with type 2 diabetes were determined. Results: The results indicated that RBC SLC activity and 24 h urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) in the type 2 diabetes with family history of hypertension were significantly increased than that in the patients without family history of hypertension and the normal controls. Besides, the RBC SLC activity was positively correlated with 24 h UAER. Conclusion: These findings suggested that the genetic factor may play a role in the RBC SLC activity in type 2 diabetes, and high RBC SLC activity may be a marker of genetic predisposition to diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes.
