美乐涂膜剂抗炎及皮肤刺激性试验研究

Study on Anti-inflammatory and Skin Irritation of Meile Plaster

目的研究美乐涂膜剂的抗炎作用及单次给药对皮肤的刺激性。方法采用铁器烫伤制作深Ⅱ度皮肤烫伤模型,测定血清IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α含量;采用完整皮肤、破损皮肤单次给药,观察其刺激性。结果高、中剂量组能够明显降低大鼠烫伤6 h、24 h后血清中IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α含量,与赋形剂组比较膜剂具有抗炎作用及单次用药的安全性。

Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and skin irritation of Meile plaster.Methods Using the ironware to make deep second degree burn model and determine the content of serum IL-1,IL-6,TNF alpha;observing the irritation after single-dose administration.Results High,medium dose group can decrease the content of serum IL-1,IL-6,TNF alpha after scalding 6 h,24 h;compared with the blank control group there was significant difference（P0.05）;there was no irritation after single-dose administration to intact skin and damaged skin.Conclusion Meile plaster was anti-inflammatory and safe for single-dose administration.
