化风丹中天麻素的提取方法研究

Study on Extraction Method of Gastrodin from Huafeng Dan

目的优选出化风丹中有效成分天麻素的最佳提取方法。方法本文采用回流法和超声法提取,以HPLC测定天麻素含量为指标,对提取条件进行优选。结果最佳提取条件为:氯仿40 mL,超声提取40 min,弃去氯仿液,药渣挥尽氯仿,加甲醇40 mL,超声40 min。结论优选的提取方法可行,省时,具有可操作性。

Objective To study the extraction of Gastrodin.Methods Using reflux and ultrasonic to extract and the content of Gastrodin was determined by HPLC to optimize the extracting condition.Results The optimal condition was as follows： adding chloroform 40mL to extract by ultrasonic for 40min,then filter the chloroform,adding methanol 40mL extracted for 40min again.Conclusion The optimal method was feasible,effective and had the operability.
