摘要
目的:探讨赖诺普利对高血压患者血小板活化功能、血脂、胰岛素抵抗(IR)的干预作用。方法:对117例高血压患者用赖诺普利治疗4 周,治疗前后观察血中血小板颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胆固醇(CH)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、甘油三酯(TG),计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI),并以32 例正常人对照。结果:赖诺普利有效降低高血压患者血压( P< 0.05)。并且显著降低FBG、FINS、TG、GMP-140,升高ISI(P<0.05)。CH、HDL无显著变化( P> 0.05)。结论:高血压病存在IR、血脂代谢异常,血小板粘附力增强。赖诺普利在有效降压同时。
Objective: This paper was to study the intervention of lisinopril on insulin sensitivity, platelet activity, plasma lipids of hypertensive patient. Methods: 117 hypertensive patients were given lisinopril for an average period of four weeks and compared with the pretreatment in granule membrane protine (GMP 140), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), fasting serun lisulin (FINS), cholesterol (CH), high density lipoprotein (HDL), triglycerides (TG) and insulin sensitive index (ISI). Results: The result showed that lisinopril can reduce GMP 140, FPG, FINS, TG and improve insulin sensitive index of hypertensive patient (P<0 05), but had no effect on CH. HDL (P>0 05). The result demonstrated that hyperinsulinisn, hyperlipidenia, high platelat aggregability is to occur in hypertensive patient and lisinopril could decrease blood pressure and had good effection on to abnormal metabolism. Conclusion: The effects of depressing blood pressure of lisinopril was helpful to improving abnormal metabolism of patients with hypertension.
