正交试验法筛选泽兰总黄酮及酚酸类成分的提取工艺 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究泽兰总黄酮及酚酸类成分的最佳提取工艺。方法以总黄酮及酚酸、咖啡酸含量为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验,考察提取溶媒、提取次数、提取时间、溶媒用量因素对提取的影响,确定泽兰最佳提取工艺。结果以15倍量的50%乙醇为溶媒,回流提取3次,每次2 h为最佳提取条件。结论本提取工艺方法简单、合理,是泽兰黄酮及酚酸类成分的最佳提取工艺。 Objective To study the optimum extraction process of the total flavonoids and phenolic acid and caffeic acid from the Lycopi Herba.Methods The effect of the concentration of ethanol,extraction time duration,extraction time and alcohol amount were investigated by the orthonogal design with the content of tiliroside as the chemical reference.Results The optimum extraction condition was established as follows: with 15 times ethanol concentration 50%,extracting 2 hours for three times.Conclusion The method is simple and feasible,and is the optimum extraction process of the total flavonoids,phenolic acid and caffeic acid from Lycopus Lucidus.
