摘要
目的建立同时测定木香槟榔丸中大黄素和大黄酚含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱条件为Luna C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(81:19),流速为1.0 mL·min-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长为254 nm。结果大黄素和大黄酚分别在2.52~50.40μg·mL-1(r=0.999 7)和0.019~0.380 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 8)浓度范围内均有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为98.2%,97.2%,RSD均小于2.0%。结论本方法简便,快速,准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Muxiang Binglang Wan.Methods HPLC system consisting the Luna C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column,the mobile phase consisted of Acetonitrile-0.2%H3PO4(81:19),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the column temperature was 30℃,UV detector was set at 254 nm.Results The linear response range was 2.52~50.40 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 7)and 0.019~0.380 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 8),respectively.The average recovery of emodin and chrysophanol were 98.2% and 97.2%,respectively,and RSD2.0%.Conclusion The method was proved to be simple and accurate,repeatable,it can be used for the quality control of Muxiang Binglang Wan.
