摘要
目的:揭示正常人跟骨骨密度的增龄变化规律及脊柱椎体自发性骨折的骨密度阈值,探讨超声波法测量骨密度的临床应用价值。方法:用Lunar Achilles系统对正常人男410例,女450例和骨质疏松症患者145例进行右侧跟骨骨密度测定。结果:正常人随着年龄的增加,BUA、SOS和Stiffness明显减少,女性在老年前期以后有加速减少的趋势。脊柱椎体自发性骨折的BUA、SOS和Stiffness阈值,男性分别为(86±10)dB/MHz,(1480±24)m /s,(53.0±10.2)% ;女性分别为(87±9)dB/MHz,(1470±27)m /s,(50.5±93)% 。结论:正常人男女性超声波测量值与年龄呈负相关,当BUA,SOS和Stiffness 低于或接近阈值时,容易发生脊柱椎体自发性骨折。

The spontaneous spinal column fractures tend to happen when BUA, SOS, and Stiffness lower or near the thresholds of these measurements.
