试行主任查房讲评工作 提高查房质量

Improving the quality of ward rounds through making comments on department directors' going of them

为提高三级查房质量，开展了科主任查房讲评工作。分内科、外科片成立了主任查房讲评小组，每周参加一个科室的主任查房，其他科主任到场观摩，查房结束后全体人员根据“主任查房质量检查考核标准”逐项进行讲评。主任查房讲评能针对科室的具体情况具体分析，有的放矢，切中要害，对疾病的正确诊断和治疗，督促各级人员提高专业技术水平。

Making comments on department directors' going of ward rounds has been practisod so as to improve the quality of the three level making of ward rounds.A commenting group was formed respectively in the internal medicine division and the surgery division to participate once a week in one department director′s making of ward rounds, with other department directors being present for the purpose of discussion and emulation. Once the making of ward rounds is over,all the group members will make item by item comments in accordance with the Assessment Criteria for the Quality of Department Directors′ Making of Ward Rounds. The comments by the group,which is able to make a concrete analysis of each department′s concrete conditions,often strike home and play a positive role in promoting the correct analysis and treatment of diseases, enhancing professional and technical expertise of staff at various levels and strengthening department management.
