基于约束理论的生产系统瓶颈转移问题的研究 被引量:3

Production Bottleneck Shift Based on Constraint Theory

摘要 阐述了生产系统瓶颈识别与瓶颈转移问题;根据形成机理的相似性,深入探讨了瓶颈转移的成因;在约束理论的基本思想与原则的基础上,针对不同瓶颈转移成因,提出了瓶颈转移预防与应对方案,为企业更好的处理生产系统瓶颈转移现象提供参考。 In order to keep stability of production systems and reduce complexity of production management,we study factors that cause bottleneck shift,and present relevant solutions based on the theory of constraints.The study provides enterprises with advices for preventing unexpected bottlenecks and reducing production fluctuations when shift is unavoidable.
