The article has provided some enlightenments for Shandong ship-building industry through the case of Taiwan automobile industrial development.For example,processing trade can also obtain long-term development;self-owned brand cannot guarantee high profit rate;the chance to improve status in the industry chain should be seized when the multinational corporation is in difficulty.In brief,similar to species perching in the ecology chain,Shandong ship-building enterprise must build and adjust each kind of interdependent relationship nimbly.Only in this way,can ship-building industry survive and develop in the competitive market.
