摘要
组织职业生涯管理的维度研究是近几年迅速发展的研究领域之一。就研究角度而言,研发人员已成为企业发展的灵魂,对其进行组织职业生涯管理能有效提升企业的创新绩效,因此研究研发人员组织职业生涯管理尤为重要。本文对CNKI平台上2000-2010所有相关文献进行归纳总结,深入分析提取五大维度并验证维度之间的程序性与逻辑性,得出一条维度链,为提高研发人员的组织职业生涯管理有效性提供理论依据。
The research on dimensions of the organization career management is developing rapidly in recent years.Research and development personnel(RD) have already become the soul of enterprises,so it is particularly important to conduct organization career management.This paper summarizes all related literatures of CNKI from 2000 to 2010,analyses and collects five dimensions and extracts the procedural and logic relationship between the dimensions,which constitutes a dimension chain and is able to provide the theory basis for effectiveness of the career management organization.
