摘要
印象管理起源于心理学研究,随着人类文明的发展和进步,印象管理现象普遍出现在现代企业招聘的过程中,这为人力资源管理者的招聘工作带来极大的困扰。为了使企业人力资源管理者能够有效地招聘到企业所需人才,文章试图通过对常见的应聘者印象管理行为进行初步探讨和分析,从而为人力资源管理者在不同阶段的招聘中提出有针对性、可行性的招聘对策。
Impression management originates from psychology.With the development and progress of human civilization,impression management becomes pervasive in corporate recruiting process and simultaneously increases the difficulty of recruitment.In order to effectively recruit talents needed,this paper discusses and analyze candidates' common impression management behavior during the recruiting process,and propose targeted and specific recruiting strategies in different stages for human resources managers.
