MAIN POINT OF STRUCTURE DESIGN FOR 10×10~4m^3 FLOATING ROOF OIL TANK

由兰州炼油化工设计院自行设计并于最近投用的１０×１０４（１０ 万）ｍ ３ 浮顶油罐，是目前国内建成的最大油罐。在该油罐的设计中，设计人员在继承国内外先进技术的基础上，还进行了大胆创新，如“齐平清扫孔的采用”、“均匀抽出器的采用”、“挠性排水管”、“挠性软管输送消防泡沫的灭火系统”等等，较好地解决了大型储罐设计中的技术问题。

The 10×10 4m 3 oil tank,designed by lanzhou refined and chemical design institute,is put into operation recently.It is the biggest oil tank bulied in our country at present.On the basis of inheritting the advanced experience,a bold innovation is conducted by the designer in this oil tank design,such as“adopting flushed clean out opening”“adopting uniform extractor”“flexible drain pipe”“fire extingushing system of delivering fire distingushing foam by flexible hose”etc.The technical problems in large oil tank design are solved.
