摘要
催化裂化装置能量回收技术自70 年代中期开始开发、应用,至今已有60 余台套机组投入运行。但其中绝大多数机组为三机组或四机组的配置形式,而直接发电机组只有4套。就机组控制而言,直接发电机组较三机组或四机组更为复杂,对软、硬件的要求更高。该文以北京燕山石化公司炼油厂的直接发电机组为例,着重阐述了机组的逻辑控制系统、状态监测及故障诊断系统。
Since the energy recovery technology in FCC has began to develop and apply in the middle period of 70's,60 sets of flue gas turbine have been operated up to now.The most distribution forms are“three machine set”or“four machine set”,only 4 sets among them are direct power generating turbine set.From the point of turbine set control,the direct power generating set is more complicated than“three machine srt”or“four machine set”,and higher requirement of soft ware and hard ware.In this artiele takes the direct power generating set of Yanshan petrochemical company refinery as an example to mention the logical control system,situation monitor and failure diagonsis of turbine set.
