妊娠期糖尿病患者血清炎症细胞因子的研究

摘要 目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病病人血清中MCP-1、IL-6的水平的变化及意义。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附法测定23例妊娠期糖尿病血清中MCP-1、IL-6的水平的变化。结果:GDM孕妇IL-6血清水平明显升高,且与HOMA-IR、HOMA-B显著相关;病例组MCP-l、水平显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:妊娠期糖尿病体内存在Thl/Th2免疫平衡失调,趋化因子MCP-1、IL-6参与了上述过程。
