T波峰末间期及其离散度与室速的关系——36例临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨室速患者T波峰末间期(T peak-T end interval,TPe)、T波峰末间期离散度的临床意义。方法:对36例室速患者及40例非室速患者分别测量同步12导联动态心电图的TPe间期,计算出TPe离散度(最长TPe与最短TPe之差)及其心率校正值。结果:室速组的TPe/RR、TPe离散度/RR较非室速组明显延长(P<0.01)。结论:室速患者TPe间期、TPe离散度延长有显著统计学意义。提示TPe间期、TPe离散度延长与室速的发生有密切关系。 Objective:To evaluate the role of T peak-T end interval (Tpe) and its dispersion in patients with ventricular tachycardia.Methods:Thirty-six patients with ventricular tachycardia (ventricular tachycardia group) and thirty patients without ventricular tachycardia (control group) were enrolled.Their Tp-Te intervals were calculated on twelve-ambulatory electrocardiograms in the two groups.Results:Tpe was (115.82±19.45) ms in ventricular tachycardia group,and (83.09±16.48) ms in control group,Tp-Te dispersion was (58.97±16.22) ms in ventricular tachycardia group,and (30.98±14.88) ms in control group.Both Tp-Te interval and Tp-Te dispersion showed a statistically significant difference in the two groups (P0.01).Conclusion:The change of Tp-Te interval and Tp-Te dispersion may be a forecast factor whether induced ventricular tachycardia.
