89例射频等离子神经阻滞治疗变应性鼻炎的临床分析

摘要 目的:观察低温等离子射频神经阻滞治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法:选择89例变应性鼻炎患者,采用低温等离子射频对鼻腔蝶神经及筛前神经末梢进行阻滞,观察近期疗效。结果:临床近期疗效有率为94.3%(84/89),术后近期无严重并发症。结论:低温等离子射频神经阻滞治疗变应性鼻炎,具有操作简便、安全,疗效好的优点。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treatment for allergic rhinitis Low - temperature Plasma Radio Frequency nerve block. Methods:89 patients with allergic rhinitis were chosen for clinical application. All of the patients were treated by Low - temperature Plasma Radio Frequency nerve block. The nerve terminals of sphenopalatine nerve and anter/or ethmoid nelve were blocked by rf ablation. Near effects were observed for clinical treatment. Results : The clinical results of excellent and efficient rates were 94.3 % (84/89). There were no any serious complication after operation. Conclusion:The Low - temperature Plasma Radio Frequency nerve block Treatment for allergic rhinitis is easy operation, safe and good efficiency.
