乳腺癌患者舒适护理效果观察

The Observation of the Result of Breast Cancer Patients Comfortable Nursing

目的:研究对乳腺癌患者行舒适护理的应用及效果。方法:将我院在2004年1月～2009年12月行乳腺癌根治术的220例患者随机分为对照组与观察组,其中对照组行传统的护理模式,观察组行舒适护理模式。结果:两组患者在术后并发症的发生率、焦虑状态、护理满意度及舒适度方面有显著差异(<0.05)。结论:将舒适护理模式运用于乳腺癌患者,可以提高患者的护理满意度和舒适度,减少手术并发症,改善患者的焦虑状态,有利于患者早日康复。

Objective：Researching the application and effcet of comfortable nursing on breast cancer.Methods：Divided the 220 cases breast cancer in our hospital from January 2004～December 2009 into observation group and control group,and the control group did the traditional nursing mode,the observation group did comfortable nursing mode.Results：Two groups have a significant different in the morbidity and anxiety states,nursing satisfaction and comfort（ 0.05）.Conclusion：To use comfort care patterns in patients with breast cancer,can improve the care satisfaction and comfort,reduce the complications and improve patients with anxious state,which is beneficial to patients recover soon.
