畸形子宫人工流产术的12例护理体会

目的:探讨畸形子宫合并早妊患者人流术的临床护理特点。方法:收集我院妇产科12例畸形子宫合并早妊患者及同期40例正常人流术组的临床资料,采用回顾性研究方法比较两组的结局。结果:畸形子宫组的出血量高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:对于畸形子宫合并早妊患者术前做到明确诊断,并警惕产后出血等并发症,做好整体护理。

Objective：To explore the successful cases of abnormal uterine pregnancy of women after operation.To understand the outcome of abnormal uterine pregnancy,summed up the relevant care and measures to better guide clinical care.Methods：2006～2009 treated in our department of the abnormal uterine 12 cases of pregnant women after operation,and then select the 40 cases of normal pregnancy as control in the same period,it provides the appropriate care measures,analysis the outcome.Results：The Results of the experimental group and control group show that the amount of bleeding was significantly different （P0.05）.Conclusions：Patients with uterine malformations more likely undergo hemorrhage and other operation complications should be paid more attention.
