痰热清注射液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染90例疗效观察

Therapeutic Efficacy of Tanreqing Injection for Acute Upper Respiratory Tract infection in Children

目的:观察痰热清注射液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效并与炎琥宁进行比较。方法:将150例确诊为急性上呼吸道感染患儿随机分为两组,治疗组90例静脉给予痰热清注射液0.3-0.5ml/(kg.d)治疗;对照组60例静脉给予炎琥宁注射液静滴5-10mg(kg.d)。结果:治疗组症状、体征、总疗效、前后评分情况与对照组对比有显著性差异(P<O.05)。结论:痰热清注射液可安全、有效地治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染,可缩短疗程,毒性小,副作用少,同时在一定程度上可提高机体免疫力,为小儿急性上呼吸道感染治疗开辟了新的途径。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Tanreqing injection for acute upper respiratory tract infection in children and to compare Tanreqing injection with yanhuning injection.Methods：A total of 150 cases were randomly devided into two groups.In treatment group,Tanreqing injection was infused intravenously 0.3-0.5ml/（kg.d）qd;In control group,yanhuning injection was infused intravenously 5-10mg（kg·d）qd.The clinical efficacy and physical symptom improvement of two groups were observed.Results：The significant efficiency and the total effective rate of treatment group and control group were significant differences between two groups.Conclusion：tanreqing injection has significant efficacy in the treatment of acute upper res-piratory tract infection in children,which is worthy of popularization in clinical application.
