我院门诊处方合理用药指标分析

目的:对我院2007年1月～2009年12月份门诊处方进行分析,以了解我院门诊患者用药的基本情况。方法:从本院药品管理信息-中联医院信息系统提取出我院2007年1月1日～2009年12月31日处方数据,采用回顾性调查分析。结果:抗菌药物使用率分别为25.55%、26.85%、32.7%,注射剂使用率分别为15.2%、16.1%、23.4%,基本用药品种分别为79.9%、81.8%、78.3%,处方用药种数分别为2.62、2.44、2.73,处方平均金额分别为55.53元、51.35元、68.85元。结论:抗菌药物使用率、基本药物使用率、处方平均金额以及处方用药种数比较合理,但注射剂使用比例还较高。

Objective：Analysis the Outpatient prescription in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2009, to investigate the use of drug on outpatient in our hospital. Methods：Extracted the prescription data from Drug Management Inforumtion - Zhonglian Hospital Information System in our hospital from January 1,2007 to December 31,2009,using retrospective analysis. Results：The utilization of antibiotics are 25.55% ,26.85% ,32.7% ,the utilization rate of injection are 15.2%, 16. 1% ,23.4% ,The variety of basic drugs are 79.9% ,81.8% ,78.3% ,the species of drug on prescription are 2.62,2.44,2.73, the average amount of prescription are 55.53yuan,51.35yuan,68.85yuan. Conclusion：The utilization of antibiotics,variety of basic drugs,average amount of prescription and species of drug on prescription are reasonable, but the utilization rate of injection is still relatively high.
