疼痛研究的靶点-P2X_3

摘要 嘌呤与嘧啶受体分为P1和P2,激活的受体及UTP、ATP就是为P2受体。又分为P2Y、P2X两种,P2受体和核苷酸进行相关的结合。如果患者出现了疼痛病理时其发挥着非常重要的介导功效。P2X3受体可以有表达重高度的表现,其为在感觉神经元中,利用P2X3受体的敲除,P2X3为一种新的选择性技术,其时P2X3受体反义寡核苷酸技术而来。
