联苯苄唑联合他扎罗汀乳膏治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 2009年5～11月,我们用1%联苯苄唑乳膏和0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎,取得较好的疗效,同时对安全性和耐受性进行了观察,现将资料完整的病例整理报道如下. 1 临床资料 1.1 入选标准 1.1.1 皮损部位以胸背部、颈肩部为主,少数累及腰腹、上臂及面部.形态特点：毛囊性半球状红色丘疹数十至数百个,直径2～6 mm,孤立、散在不融合且对称分布,有光泽,周围有红晕,间杂有小脓疱及黑头粉刺,部分患者有不同程度瘙痒、刺痛、灼感,多数无自觉症状.
