摘要
分析了在铁路油罐车液力清洗过程中利用水、空气、蒸汽三种介质缓热铁路油罐车的传热特性,推导了铁路油罐车的温度变化公式,在设计用移动式清洗设备来清洗铁路油罐车的加热工艺流程时,可参考该计算结果。
The heat transfer processes,in which hot air,hot water and steam are utilized to heat up oil rail tank car respectively,are studied in the hydraulic cleaning of rail oil tank car. Formulas that describe the variation of temperature of rail oil tank car with time are inferred. These formulas provide a theoretical basis for the making out of heat technique of using portable cleaning equipment to carry out cleaning process.
