锥形束CT定位埋伏牙的临床应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨锥形束CT影像和三维重建技术在辅助埋伏牙拔除和正畸开窗牙牵引术中的作用。方法选择53颗常规曲面断层片难以确定埋伏牙空间位置的患者进行锥形束CT扫描,其中对5例复杂埋伏牙的CT图像进行三维重建。45例埋伏牙依据CT图像选择不同手术入路行拔牙术,8例埋伏牙采用颌骨开窗牵引术。结果螺旋CT影像对正确选择埋伏牙拔除的手术入路具有良好的指导作用;CT三维重建图像能清楚地显示埋伏牙的牙体形态、唇腭向位置以及和邻牙的关系,正确指导手术开窗牵引的入路和开窗牵引装置的固定。结论锥形束CT和三维重建技术在显示埋伏牙的位置和牙体形态上明显优于传统的曲面断层和根尖片。 Objective To evaluate the value of cone beam CT and three-dimensional reconstruction in impacted maxillary tooth extraction and artifistulation.Methods Fifty-three patients with impacted maxillary teeth were included and examined by cone beam CT,and 3D reconstruction was conducted in five of them.Results The cone beam CT images clearly denmonstrated the location of the teeth and provided help in the impacted tooth extraction.The three-dimensional reconstruction technique guided and simplified the procedure of artifistulation.Conclusion Cone beam CT has more advantages in assistance of impacted tooth extraction and artifistulation in orthodontics compared with traditional panoramic radiography.
