肝病中TGF-β与microRNAs相互作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 TGF-β在肝病中发挥了复杂而关键的作用,与肝病的发生、发展和预后密切相关。microRNAs主要通过与靶mRNA的3'UTR结合,剪切mRNA或抑制蛋白质翻译,在转录后水平调节基因的表达。近来研究显示,TGF-β与microRNAs相互作用,参与调节肝病的发生发展。现将两者在肝纤维化、肝再生、肝脏发育和肝细胞癌中的相互调节作用做一概述。 TGF-β plays a complicated and critical role in liver disease,which is involved in the occurrence,development and prognosis of hepatopathy.MicroRNAs adjust gene expression mainly at the post-transcriptional level by binding 3'UTR of target mRNA to cut it or inhibit the process of translation.Recent studies have shown that TGF-β and microRNAs can interact with each other and both participate in genesis and progress of liver fibrosis,liver regeneration and development and hepatocellular carcinoma.
