摘要
上消化道异物是一种常见病,内镜下取胃内异物的技术也已很成熟,但内镜下取出长度大于5 cm的异物易产生严重并发症。本例成功取出一长为13.5 cm的金属异物。
Foreign bodies is a common disease.The technology of gastric foreign body extraction under endoscope is already very mature,but the foreign body of length over 5 cm extracion under endpscope often results in serious complications.The metal foreign body of 13.5 cm length was removed successfully in this case.
