自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗面部凹陷的临床应用

Application of autologugous fat granules injected transplant in facial concave deformity

目的:观察总结自体脂肪颗粒移植填充治疗各种面部凹陷的临床效果。方法:用注射器抽取自体脂肪颗粒,清洗纯化后分层注射到面部凹陷部位。结果:本组43例患者,注射治疗1～3次,随访3～36个月,效果基本满意。结论:采用自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗面部凹陷是一种较为理想的方法。

Objective To observe and summarize the cilinical effect of repairing facial concave deformity with self fat granule injected.Methods Autologugous fat granules were obtained by liposuction with syringe.After being washed and purified,the autologugous fat granules were implanted into the facial sites of soft tissue depression by multilayered injection.Results Forty-three patients were treated.They were given fat granules injection once,twice and third respectively.Post operative follow up in these forty-three patients from three to thirty-six months showed that almost all patients satisfied with the result.Conclusions The implantation by using autologugous fat granules is a ideal method for correcting the facial concave deformity.
