Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of propofol combined with sufentanil in intravenous anesthesia during the children minor surgery. Methods: 43 cases of grading ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱwere selected, and prepared to do minor surgery under general anesthesia, using propofol combined with sufentanil in intravenous.when the children were evaluated from the depth of anesthesia, intraoperative's movement response, the recovery time after surgery, with or without agitation, nausea, vomiting were observed during the recovery period. Results: 39 children are in satisfactory anesthesia in about 10min after being injected propofol, with 5 cases of movement in response to skin incision,8 cases of movement response after surgery 30min later,36 patients regained consciousness after surgery in 25min,7 cases are of natural wake in 30min,during the recovery period, there was no agitation, nausea, vomiting, etc. Conclusion: Using propofol combined with sufentanil in intravenous anesthesia, the children minor surgery is a safe and effective anesthesia means.
