摘要
目的:探讨肠系膜裂孔疝的早期诊断和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析经手术证实的2例肠系膜裂孔疝患者的临床资料。结果:2例均行急诊手术,术中确诊并复位成功痊愈。结论:早期诊断,及时手术是治疗先天性肠系膜裂孔疝的关键。
Objective：To investigate the early diagnosis and surgical treatment of mesenteric hiatal hernia.Methods： A retrospective study was carried out in 2 cases with mesenteric hiatal hernia.Results： Two cases were operated on emergently,the surgery confirmed and reset successful recovery.Conclusion： Early diagnosis and timely operation are the therapeutic key to treat mesenteric hiatal heria.
