以双侧听力损害为主要临床表现的中枢神经系统感染病例分析

Analysis on Cases with Central Nervous System Infection Manifesting as Bilateral Hearing Damage

目的:探讨27例双侧听力损害与中枢神经系统感染之间的关系。方法:对27例突发双侧听力损害的患者进行头颅CT、脑电图及腰穿检查,以探讨听力损害的原因。结果:15例患者经各种检查诊断为中枢神经系统感染。结论:对突发双侧听力损害的患者均应考虑到中枢神经系统感染的可能性,要积极行头颅CT、脑电图、腰穿等检查。

Objective：To investigate the relationship between hearing damage and central nervous system（CNS） infection in 27 cases manifesting as bilateral hearing disturbance.Methods： CT,EEG and lumbar puncture were used to check all 27 patients and the possible causes of hearing damage was explored.Results： Of the 27 patients with bilateral hearing damage,15 patients were confirmed to have central nervous system infection.Conclusions： Central nervous system infection should be considered in patients with bilaterally sudden hearing disturbance,and CT scanning,EEG,as well as lumbar puncture should be positively used to screen the underlying causes.
