摘要
介绍了港东油田二区七断块油藏地质、流体特征和开采特点。针对油藏和地层流体特征筛选出了 4个以原油为碳源的未经任何改造的复合菌种及其营养剂类型和浓度。利用地层原油对菌种进行了系统评价。评价项目有 :①菌种代谢性能 ,包括产气、产酸和表面活性剂 ;②原油粘度和组分变化 ;③模拟油藏条件 ,利用人造岩心进行菌液驱油物理模拟实验。根据室内实验结果编制了微生物驱油矿场试验方案 (在 4个井组分 3个段塞注入菌液 3 0 0m3 ) ,方案于 1 997年 5月至 7月实施。方案实施后 1 8个月的监测结果表明 :菌浓度较试验前升高了 1至 2个数量级 ,原油性质得到改善 ,初步取得了增油降水的效果。图 3表 3 (冯庆贤摘 )
Reservoir geology, fluid properties and production fractures of test area are presented in this paper. According to properties of reservoir and fluid, four natural complex microbial seeds whose carbon component came from petroleum and culture are screened out. With oil, we evaluated systematically the seeds, including ①metabolize materiel including produced gas, acids and surfactant; ②variation in oil viscosity and component; ③microbial flooding in core in the oven under similar reservoir conditions. Based on experiments result, microbial flooding test program was made: 300m 3 microbial fluid were injected in three slug into four well groups between May and July 1997. Monitoring results of 18 months after test show: microbial cell concentration increased 1 2 order on quantity, up to 10 7 cell/mL, oil viscosity and water cut decreased, and oil production increased as well.
