摘要
目的:探索团队学习在儿科临床实习教学中的可能性。方法:到儿科实习的96名学生随机分为团队学习的实验组和传统教学模式的对照组。实验组参与教学查房的形式以学生讨论为主,对照组以老师讲解为主,儿科实习完后进行问卷调查和临床考核。结果:(1)实验组在儿科临床实习的兴趣和积极性方面明显高于对照组,适应性和满意度没有明显差别。(2)实验组和对照组在临床理论知识考核结果没有明显差别,而临床思维和临床技能考核实验组明显高于对照组。结论:团队学习是适合儿科临床实习教学的有效模式。
Objective:To explored possibilities of Team-based learning(TBL) in pediatric clinical practice.Methods: 96 students included in the study were divided at random into 2 groups: TBL group and control group.The discussion strategy was used in TBL group and traditional teaching mode in the control group during clinical rounds.A questionnaire survey and clinical examination was performed after pediatric practice.Results: ⑴.Compared with students in control group,the interest and enthusiasm of students in TBL group was higher,and the adaptability and satisfaction was no significant difference.⑵.There was no significant difference in score on basic knowledge examination in both groups.Students in TBL group achieved higher mean scores on clinical thinking and clinical skills examination.Conclusion: TBL was an effective model in pediatrics clinical practice.
