摘要
乙烯球罐的球壳板的组装基本上采用散装法。而在北京东方化工厂安装的四具三带混合式乙烯球罐赤道带的安装又采用了两种迥然不同的方法。在球罐安装过程中，严格控制各部间隙及几何尺寸的调整，取得了良好的效果。
The assembling of shell plate of ethylene spheres is basically a separate assembling. However, for the four ethylene spheres in Beijing Dongfang Chemical Works, the equator belt of the three-belt mixed type spheres used other two completely different methods. During the installation of the spheres, the adjustment of every clearance and geometric dimension was strictly controlled and achieved good result.
