Comments on the Re-design and Prospects of Contemporary Commercial Buildings——A Case Study of the Commercial Body of Xiamen SEZ

随着市场经济迅速发展,商业建筑在我国得到了极快发展。本文就此发展为背景,以厦门特区的商业综合体为例,从外部动力和内部动力两方面,来探讨当代商业建筑设计的影响因素,以及对当代商业建筑设计能起抛砖引玉的作用,为今后其发展尽点微薄之力。

With the rapid development of market economy,commercial construction has been fast developing in China. Under the background of the development,this article,takes the comprehensive commercial body of Xiamen for example,from two aspects,the external power and inner motivation,to explore the design factors of contemporary commercial building design with a view to play a valuable role,and do a little force to the future development of commercial buildings.
