输卵管系膜Wolffian附件肿瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者45岁，因月经不规律11个月，体检发现盆腔肿物5个月，于2010年1月4日入院治疗。患者因出现2次不规则阴道流血后闭经就诊于外院，超声检查提示右附件区肿物3．0cm×2．5cm，未予处理；10d前来本院复查超声检查提示：肿物增大至5．0cm，呈实性。
