摘要
新开发的压裂液有机硼交联剂CQOBC,是用硼酸盐( 或其水溶液) 与有机配位体作用而形成的稳定的有机络合物,可显著提高植物胶压裂液的耐温性能,具有延迟交联作用,有较高的热稳定性和剪切稳定性,在规定时间内能完全彻底破胶和保证较小的伤害,在长庆气田现场试验和应用中取得了技术上的成功。
This paper presents a novel commercial organic boric crosslinker, CQ OBC, developed at Changqing Oil/Gas Fields for plant gum base hydrofracturing fluid. It is characterized by good heat resistance of the gel formed(90—130℃ for hydroxypropyl guar gum gel) and controllable delayed gelation time (1—5 min). The delayed gelation reaction at 20℃ and in the course of temperature rise from 20℃ to 84℃, the change in viscosity at 120℃ and 130℃ while shearing at 170 s -1 , the viscosity of the gel brokendown by ammonium persulfate at 90℃ and 120℃, the core damage, and the filtration behavior are investigated for an experimental HPG/CQ OBC system. This HPG/CQ OBC gelling fluid has successfully used as pag fluid in multistage closed fracture acidization operations for 5 gas wells since 1995 and as sand carrying fracturing fluid in hydrofracturing operations for 2 gas wells since late 1998 at Changqing Gas Fields of low permeability.
