新型絮凝缓蚀剂在油田污水处理中的特性 被引量:4

摘要 通过絮凝搅拌实验和旋转挂片实验,研究了新型天然高分子改性阳离子絮凝缓蚀剂FNTC在油田污水处理中的絮凝、缓蚀性能。结果表明,在3—5 mg/L 投药量下,对浊度的去除率在90% 以上;当投药量为5 mg/L时,30 天旋转挂片均匀腐蚀率、点蚀率均低于油田注水水质控制标准,且在一定的范围内,温度的升高和pH 值的降低对其性能没有坏的影响。比较实验结果表明FNTC 的絮凝和缓蚀性能优于阴离子型絮凝缓蚀剂CMTA2 ,其缓蚀性能优于国产缓蚀剂EDTMP。 FNT C is a cationic chemical modification of powdered flocculant F 691 of plant origin. The flocculation and corrosion inhibition properties of FNT C in an artificial oilfield produced water are studied in comparison with CMT A 2, an anionic chemical modification of F 691 , and EDTMP by using jar test and dynamic corrosion test for A 3 carbon steel in 30 days, respectively. It is shown that the turbidity removal rate higher than 90% is obtained with 3-5 mg/L FNT C added; the corrosion rate, both general and pitting, of A 3 steel plate samples with 5 mg/L FNT C added is lower than that with other chemicals. The changes in temperature (40-60℃) and in pH value (5.0-7.0) influence the inhibiting capacity of FNT C only slightly. As flocculating corrosion inhibiting agent FNT C is better than CMT A 2 and as corrosion inhibitor FNT C is betther than EDTMP. A synergistic effect in corrosion inhibition is observed for FNT C+EDTMP.
