复合驱油过程中原油乳化聚并机理的探讨 被引量:13

摘要 使用显微、图象处理装置考察了复合驱油中原油乳化后的液滴聚并过程。结果表明:随着时间的变化,乳状液中小液滴的数量逐渐减少,在布朗运动过程中大小液滴相互靠拢、附着和聚并。油滴聚并方式与水滴相同,只是聚并速度较快。通过对实验结果的归纳和总结,提出了复合驱油中原油乳化后的液滴聚并机理。 The coalescence of emulsified liquid (water and oil)droplets in a system crude oil/ASP flooding solution was investigated by using an experimental set composed of microscope, photographic camera and image processor. Gradual reduction with time in the population of smaller liquid droplets was observed in external aqueous and oil phases. Coalescence takes place exclusively between a larger and a smaller droplets. The two droplets fulfil their coalescence by such a way: in Brownian movement the smaller and larger droplets approache to and adhere to each other, the common interfacial film between the two droplets deforms and collapses, and in result the two droplets are coalesced. The process of coalescense of water and oil droplets is similar besides of higher coalescence rate of oil droplets in aqueous phase in comparison with that of water droplets in oil phase.
