摘要
高粘原油降粘剂是由丙烯酸二十二酯、马来酸酐、苯乙烯三元共聚物与非离子表面活性剂按一定的质量比复配成的产物。讨论了聚合物中的各组分的用量比 ,共聚物与表面活性剂的配比对降粘效果的影响 ,并测试了在 50℃ ,剪切速率 1 0 0 s- 1 条件时粘度为 550 0 MPa·s的高粘原油 ,加剂量为 0 .4 %时 ,原油凝点下降 1 4℃ ,粘度下降了 63 .6%。
The composite reducer was composited by a terpolymer (acrylic ester, maleic anhydride and styrene) and nonionic surfactant in the ratio. The influence factors for reducing pour point and viscosity, the ratio of each substance in terpolymer, the ratio of terpolymer and nonionic surfactant, were discussed. The freezing point of the oil dropped 14 ℃ and the degree of viscosity dropped 63.6% under the temperature 50 ℃, rate of shear 100 s -1 , viscosity of the crude oil 5500 MPa·s, adding quantity 0.4%.
