摘要
研究间接氯化法合成对氯甲苯。以四氯乙烯、六氯丁二烯等为溶剂 ,Fe Cl3为氯化剂 ,HY 1为催化剂进行研究 ,探讨氯化工艺及各因素的影响 ,并进行了溶剂的比较研究。得到甲苯转化率 >80 % ,产物中 P/( O+P)达到 91 %以上。
The synthesis of p chlorotoluene,with solvent tetrachloroethylene and hexachlorobutachiene, chlorinating agent Fe Cl3,catalyst HY 1 ,was studied by indirected chlorination.The factors influ- encing the p chlorotoluene selection such as temperature,reacting time,selection of suitable solvent were discussed.The results showed that conversion rate of toluene no less than 80 % ,and P/( O+ P) in products≥ 91 % .
