劳力性热射病横纹肌损伤和内毒素变化 被引量:6

Rhabdomyolysis and the changes of endotoxin in the exertional heat stroke

摘要 目的:探讨劳力性热射病肌酸激酶、肌球蛋白、内毒素水平变化和相互关系及其对预后的影响。方法:检测13例劳力性热射病和9名健康体检者(对照组)血清肌酸激酶、肌球蛋白和内毒素水平,并进行比较,分析劳力性热射病患者各指标相关性及其对预后的影响。结果:劳力性热射病组入院时血清肌酸激酶、肌球蛋白和内毒素水平高于对照组(P<0.05);劳力行热射病组血清肌酸激酶、肌球蛋白与内毒素呈正相关(P<0.05);三项指标与预后均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:劳力性热射病患者横纹肌损伤,血清肌酸激酶、肌球蛋白和内毒素具有相关性,并影响患者预后。 Objective To explore the changes of creatine kinase,myoglobulin and endotoxin,their relationships and their influence on the prognosis in the exertional heat stroke.Methods Thirteen patients with exertional heat stroke and 9 normal controls were detected the levels of creatine kinase,myoglobulin and endotoxin and were analyzed the relationships among them as well as the influence on the prognosis.Results The levels of creatine kinase,myoglobulin and endotoxin elevated obviously in patients with exertional heat stroke(P0.05).They were correlated with each other(P0.05),and were correlated with the prognosis(P0.05).Conclusion Exertional heat stroke could damage the striated muscle.The levels of creatine kinase,myoglobulin and endotoxin,are correlated with each other and influence the prognosis.
