联合风险投资系统中包含多个投资主体元素,他们以资源整合为主要途径共同作用于联合投资项目的经营风险。对于进行联合投资的风险投资者来说,必须谨慎选择合适的风险投资主体进行合作,才能有效地降低投资风险。因此,本文在对联合风险投资资源整合的风险作用机理及其作用效率和效果进行分析的基础上,采用实证研究的方法从投资者数量、地点、类型、行业、规模和股权分布六个方面,就联合风险投资项目的经营风险与系统元素之间的关系进行考察,并进一步讨论了风险投资者应当如何选择合作者。

There are several investor elements in syndicated venture investment system, and they are effecting the program＇ s operating risk by resource conformity. For the investors in syndicated venture investment, it＇ s necessary to select proper investors to cooperate for reducing risk effectively. On the basis of analyzing the action mechanism, efficiency and effect of syndicated venture capital investment＇ s resource conformity, this paper selects stakeholder number, location, type, industry, scale and stake proportion to study the relationship between syndicated venture capital investment project＇ s operation risk and its system elements, and discuss element＇ s selection depending on the results of empirical study.
