摘要
主流经济学认为工会是劳动力市场上的垄断力量,工会的存在会妨碍市场出清从而导致无效率。最近的经验文献对集体谈判制度的剖析深入到了谈判级别、谈判结构的层面上。经验文献中工会和集体谈判对工资的影响的结论较为一致,都得出了对工资产生正向影响的结论,而关于工会和集体谈判对就业的影响研究结果有较大分歧。
This paper summarizes several models of collective bargaining in mainstream economics and introduees non - mainstream economics' viewpoint towards union, then reviews empirical literature about the effect of union and collective bargaining on wage and employment. Mainstream economics consider union as a market participant with monopoly power. Union may hamper market clearing and lead to inefficiency. Recent empirical literature about collective bargaining begins to focus on the bargaining level and bargaining structure. The findings in empiri- cal literature about the effect of union and collective bargaining on wage are consistent, drawing the conclusion of a positive effect on wage, while the effect on employment is ambiguous.
