摘要
介绍了米糠中粗SiO2含量的测定方法以及主成分分析方法。通过主成分分析方法分析了15个米糠样品中粗纤维(CF)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗灰分(Ash)、粗蛋白质(CP)、粗二氧化硅(粗SiO2)5个理化指标,结果表明米糠中的CF、EE、粗SiO2能有效判断米糠的品质变化。
The methods for determination of crude silicon dioxide content in rice bran and analysis of main components were introduced. 5 physicochemical indexes such as crude fiber, crude fat, crude ash, crude protein and crude silicon dioxide in 15 samples were analyzed. The results indicated that the changes of rice bran quality could he judged effectively by crude fiber, crude fat and crude silicon dioxide.
