P53和XIAP在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及相互关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨抑癌基因P53与X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达与相互关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法(S-P法)检测35例甲状腺乳头状癌,28例甲状腺腺瘤组织中P53和XIAP的表达情况。结果 P53、XIAP在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的阳性率分别为85.71%,94.29%,与甲状腺腺瘤比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但两者之间无相关关系。P53在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、结节数量无关。XIAP的表达女性要高于男性。结论 XIAP、P53在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达增高,两者间无相关关系。 Objective To investigate the expression of X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein(XIAP),P53 and their relationship in papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods Immnnohistochemical method(SP) was used to detect the expression of XIAP and P53 in 35 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma and 28 cases of thyroid adenoma.Results The positive expression rates of XIAP and P53 were 85.71% and 94.29% respectively in papillary thyroid carcinoma,which were significantly higher than those in thyroid adenoma.The expression of XIAP was not correlated with that of P53 in papillary thyroid carcinoma.The expression of P53 was not correlated with patients' sex,age,tumor size,nodule number,and the expression of XIAP in females was higher than that in males.Conclusion The expressions of XIAP and P53 are increased in papillary thyroid carcinoma,however,there is no correlation between them.
